You can ask Venus & Mars Corporation Pty. Ltd., trading as 1800 Cabins, to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how, and what happens next. It is also the data deletion page we give to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube as part of registering our applications with them.
Email info@1800cabins.au with the subject Delete my information, or call 1800 222 467 and tell us you want your information deleted.
So that we delete the right person's record, and nobody else's, please tell us the phone number or the email address you used when you contacted us. We do not ask for identity documents to process a deletion request.
If you bought a cabin from us, some records have to be kept under Australian tax and consumer law, and we cannot delete those. If that applies to you we will say exactly what we are keeping and why, and we will delete everything else.
Deleting our copy does not delete anything held by a platform you used to reach us. If you filled in a form on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google, those companies hold their own copy under their own privacy policy, and you need to ask them separately.
