These terms cover the use of this system, which is the internal enquiry and messaging platform operated by Venus & Mars Corporation Pty. Ltd., trading as 1800 Cabins. They are not the terms of sale for a cabin. A cabin purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign with us.
This system is for people the company has given an account to. Accounts are issued by invitation, are personal, and must not be shared. If you believe somebody else has used your account, tell us at info@1800cabins.au straight away.
It records enquiries from our website and from our advertising, keeps a history of our correspondence with the people who make them, and holds the authorisations that let us publish content and read advertising results from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube on our own accounts.
Where this system connects to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Google Ads or YouTube, it does so using accounts owned by the company and with the permission of those platforms. Our use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and where theirs and ours differ on something they control, theirs apply.
We do not promise the system will be available without interruption. We back it up daily and we restore it as quickly as we reasonably can.
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed.
